RECRUITING ADMINISTRATOR

SUMMARY
Phalen Leadership Academies is seeking a Recruiting Administrator. This position is responsible for providing proactive and reactive support to the day to day operations of the Recruiting/Talent Department.
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Main Duties:
· Support collection, review and auditing of candidate application documents and forms
· Manage candidate database and application flow
· Post and manage requisitions
· Manage candidate communication
· Support teacher license compliance checks
· Supports data gather to assist understanding of trends and goals and internal reporting
· Manage current and perspective staff inquiries
· Complies with department deadlines and requests
REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively
Bachelors Degree
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Friendly and outgoing personality
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Strong sense of professionalism
Flexibility, team player mentality and positive demeanor
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be organized and have excellent multi-tasking abilities
Able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
Possess qualities of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion
Work special events and week-ends during peak season
