As a Personal Care Worker a typical day might include: -Helping residents complete daily living cares (dressing, toileting, transfers, exercises, showers).
-Providing the most enjoyable wellness care to resident.
-Assist residents to look and feel their best everyday, through personal care.
-Answering resident?s calls and needs promptly and with an ?I can do? attitude and smile.
-Working with and building relationships with co-workers, residents, family members and visitors.

To be the ideal Personal Care Worker for this role:
-Must possess as a minimum a GED.
- CNA license preferred, but not required.
-Have strong assessment and documentation skills.
