Job Description and Key Responsibilities
A BPA Media Auditor is responsible for validating the media reach and audience data that influences millions of dollars in advertising spend. Media buyers rely on BPA reports to plan their media budgets across multiple media channels, including: magazines, newspapers, digital publications, websites, social media, email newsletters, live event-conferences and more. Publishers rely on BPA reports to add credibility and trust to their brands.
A Media Auditor is responsible for authenticating the media owner?s distribution (reach) and audience claims. This includes verifying media production, media distribution and audience profiles. S/he has end-to-end responsibility for each engagement. The position requires excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. A Media Auditor must balance professional independence and building strong customer relationships.
BPA provides the resources needed to succeed: training, technology, and leadership. The ideal candidate will provide intelligence, passion, and effort.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute media audit engagements in accordance with industry standards.
Build relationships with BPA customers based on integrity and trust.
Advise BPA customers regarding BPA Worldwide bylaws and rules, policies and procedures.
Work within a team environment to achieve personal, team, and corporate goals.
Independently manage work schedule, ensuring timely conclusion of engagements.
Qualifications :
Strong analytical aptitude and inquisitive nature.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Professional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with an ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
Ability to travel, domestic and international.
Bachelor?s degree required.
