Job Summary: As an ETL Developer at PopHealthCare, you will be part of a team responsible for creating solutions. You will work in design, maintenance, and completion of highly visible organizational projects creating efficient solutions. You will design, run and maintain a library of reports to support operational departments regarding medical costs, utilization, provider performance and patient outcomes.
Position Essential Functions:
Participate in data warehouse initiatives with key business stakeholders by gathering and documenting key business definitions, measures, and standards
Facilitate interface specifications discussions with business units, clients, vendors and help prioritize development
Develop, maintain and support Business Intelligence (BI) activities
Perform analysis of data sources and processes to ensure data integrity, completeness and accuracy
Identify and facilitate implementation of improvement opportunities
Work independently and collaboratively with end users to assist in defining strategic solutions that solve business issues and enhance corporate performance
Facilitate requirements gathering from non-technical business personnel and suggest efficient reporting solutions based on requirements
Document business requirements in the form of specifications (business and technical specifications)
Work independently and provide appropriate recommendations for optimal analysis and development
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Position Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Healthcare Administration or other related field
2+ years of hands on experience with MS SQL Server
1+ years of hands on experience with interface engines (Mirth, Biztalk, etc)
1+ years of hands on experience with ascii X12, HL7, XML ETL workflow
2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
