Pay Scale:
33% (one third) of our team averages between $26 to $36 per hour
$18 is our ?average? hourly pay
$12 - $14/ hour base with $20+/ hourly as average earning potential
Qualifications:
Prefer minimum of 1 year collections or previous accounts receivables experience.
Possess a willingness to learn- Will consider and train individuals with customer service experience (i.e. 1 - 3 years sales support, lead generation or inside sales).
Excellent written, oral communication as well as negotiation and organizational skills.
PC proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and data base navigation.
Team-oriented.
Detail oriented
High School Diploma.
Bilingual a plus.
Duties include but not limited to:
Compliant communication with responsible parties for unpaid medical balances.
Documenting outcome of communication.
Negotiating payment and/or timely payment plans for resolution of outstanding balances.

Schedule F/T Split Shift:
M-Th two shifts 8:00am-4:30pm two shifts 12:30pm-9:00pm F 8:00am-4:30pm plus Mandatory one Saturday per month 8:00am-12:00pm
Schedule P/T
M-Th 5:00pm-11:00pm & Mandatory one Saturday per month 8:00am-12:00pm
Other schedules available depending on staffing needs
