Director of Clinical Services and Quality Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - We are seeking a new team member to serve as the Director of Clinical Services at a Fast Growing Dynamic Healthcare IT Startup! You will be responsible initially for developing clinical policies and procedures as well as oversite of clinical safety of the application and processes. This role will also include assist with the development of clinical pathways and adaptation to fit specific client workflow. This position will report to the Chief Nursing Officer/VP of Clinical Innovation. Sensely HQ is in San Francisco, however, remote work location opportunities will be considered based on candidates work history and qualifications. Responsibilities:
Develop and adapt clinical policies and procedures to ensure application and process safety.
Develop clinical pathway requirements and workflow adaptation for client use
Work effectively with Sensely team to apply requirements to product build and test final product to ensure all clinical safety expectations are met
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key client stakeholders.
Evaluate client deployment including process and outcomes. Make recommendations to improve based on evaluation. This includes data processing and analysis.
Utilize literature review and research tools to identify evidence based standards of care to incorporate into Sensely product, procedures, and processes.
Responsible for all clinical accreditation and regulatory activities.
Serve as a clinical reference for Sensely staff and client staff to prioritize work and actions needed.
Specific duties and requirements may change as determined by the supervisor to ensure the overall success of the systems and satisfaction of the clients and patients served.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (Active Licensure in current state of residence)
Bachelor?s degree in Nursing
Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as part of the team
Master?s Degree in Nursing or Health Related Field (Preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and video conference platforms
Ability to learn and operate Sensely programs and software
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 /year
