Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety assignments/tasks. Thorough understanding of the general aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderate in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment. Limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Helps coordinate machine moves, machine removals and new machine installations
Helps track machine lease expiration and/or projected end of service life dates, as required
Conducts periodic client satisfaction surveys, analyzes results
Organizing and plans onsite training
Supports the Operations Manager
Performs other duties as assigned
Responsible for Outside Sales Representative Account Management for local/regional accounts
Organize & distribute appropriate sales material & relevant updates to In-House & Outside Sales Representatives
Provide sales team with information to respond to Customer & Rep inquiries
All Retail Customer Service inquiries and other Customer Service tasks
Maintaining Tasks and Opportunities in CRM as needed
Maintain Data in our CRM System
Create and maintain proper organization
Responsible for processing Sample & Fulfillment of Requests
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Additional Roles May Include
Work closely with sales team to develop sales presentations
Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for customers, analyze sales trends
Responsible for new item submission and new item maintenance
Help with Travel arrangements
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $35,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
