- Industrial Automation
Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the local market development and sale of Industrial Automation products, including Servo, AC Drives, HMI, PLC, Power Supplies, and Temperature Controllers. Looking for Experienced OEM account development
Meet or exceed all established sales goals for the region.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and execute tactical sales plans.
Build and Maintain relationship with key customers to gain market share at each.
Identify target new OEM customers and develop relationships at a senior level, engaging company's senior management.
Manage the territory by having good coverage of distribution in each area for all products.
Engage in marketing activities as identified by company within the region
Develop and implement field sales training for Channel Partners
Report weekly on customer activity
Collect marketing and competitive information and report as needed.
Qualifications
Requirements: :
5+ years of direct customer selling experience, strong in business development and account discovery.
Proven experience navigating and successfully developing complex deals.
Demonstrated success at developing and communicating a clear strategic vision and effectively executing through selling process.
Ability to work with and manage by influence a large diverse sales team to close complex sales opportunities.
Possessing the drive and persistence to overcome obstacles are paramount to success in this position.
