Dealer Relationship Representative (Sales Rep) Job Opening in Cartersville, Georgia - Job Summary:
A Dealer Relationship Representative is a key customer facing sales employee who seeks new customers and delivers our financial services to customers within a specific geographic area. Through frequent, direct contact with customers, the Dealer Relationship Representative will complete a variety of internal and external customer service tasks aimed at building meaningful relationships & increasing revenues. The Dealer Relationship Representative will be responsible for maintaining, partnering and developing relationships throughout the car business in their designated geographic area.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perpetual positive attitude and enthusiasm
Develop new business for assigned branches by selling AuctionCredit floorplan financing and services
Maintain a good rapport with previous and new customers encouraging repeat business and referrals
Quickly build long-lasting, meaningful relationships with our customers, potential customers, employees and contacts at all levels across the organization
Report directly to the designated branch Business Developer regarding reviews, analyses, objectives, sales goals and planned activities
Explore new sales opportunities in order to add value to job accomplishments
Build a VIP type of experience for AuctionCredit customers at America?s Auto Auction
Seek continued job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending seminars and reading professional publications
Ensure potential and existing customers understands their floorplan options and features and help them navigate their plans
Must be versed in the details of AuctionCredits floorplans and associated fee structures and be present to answer questions at participating Auctions
Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned by Business Developer
Educational Requirements and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proven success in the sales field
Previous experience in the car business or finance industry a plus
Bi-Lingual desired
Good communication and organizational skills required with strong attention to details.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service required.
