Sales Consultant, New Home Sales Job Opening in Charleston, West virginia - This is your opportunity to work for Schumacher Homes, an award-winning custom on-your-lot home builder! We are seeking a New Home Consultant with above-average construction knowledge and the ability to help our customers design their dream home to join our team in Charleston, WV.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the desire to help people build their custom home and have elevated knowledge and experience in home design and the construction process. You will work in an exciting environment where you will have the opportunity to:
Modify plans with current trends and products
Work with our in-house CAD team
Present buyer requested changes to plans
Calculate and discuss pricing for floor plan changes
Sell beautiful high end custom homes
Guide buyer in selecting their finishing touches to make their home a reality
