You will find an exceptional opportunity awaits with Schumacher Homes in the Charleston, WV area as a Sales Coordinator working hand in hand with sales in our design center.
As a Sales Coordinator you will:
Assist homeowners with the selections process, including coordination of flooring selections
Conduct daily inspection of model homes / design centers to be sure they meet expectations
Make planned sales presentations and tours of model homes/Design Centers as needed
Emphasize the features and benefits of Schumacher Homes implementing the Schumacher Homes selling process scripts
Provide prompt response and follow-up to prospects that have come through the model home / design centers utilizing follow up templates and scripts
Daily computer usage, data entry into various systems
Complete purchase agreements as well as review sales files for completeness
Special Events Coordination; call for attendance/invites, confirm RSVP's, collateral preparations completed, planning and follow through of all event catering needs, follow up in Salesforce
Skills and experience for success as a Sales Coordinator:
Previous sales experience
Experience utilizing templates and scripts throughout the selling process
Experience with color selections for home design, excellent knowledge of products and finishes
Knowledge and comfort with reading blue prints
Strong computer skills: regular data entry and use of various systems
Exposure to a busy environment that requires multi-tasking
Customer service skills a must
Initiative and great follow up skills
This position requires working every weekend with 2 days off during the week
