Job title : Co Closing & Budgeting Specialist

Work Location : Newberry, South Carolina.
Role Purpose:
This position is responsible for correct Sales Control Administration in compliance with the guidelines of the organization in order to achieve an optimal result. It establishes fund management strategy and guideline, and finds solutions for lack of liquidity.
Major Responsibilities:

[Forecasting cash flow] It forecast cash flow based on main the funds needs and expenditure plan to establish financial policy.
[Liquidity support] It manages capital increase/decrease of overseas corporation with relevant department
[Fund management] It forecasts overseas corporation?s financial balance, and checks it minimize nonperforming operation.
[Safety management] It manages and monitors financial risks for overseas corporation by checking the current state of bank account
[Establishing financial policy] It analyzes data to establish financial policy including procurement, stakeholder return and company?s Capex(Capital Expenditure)
[Investment shares, treasury stock] It manages investment shares and treasury stock (divestment/purchase)
[Market monitoring] It monitors financial market including leading countries? interest rates and current state of bond issue
[Responding to customs related issues including investigation] when investigation is noticed, it prepares necessary information and establishes a plan for pre-check. Also it analyzes the issues and secures advantageous evidences for logical responses
Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time with or without notice
Background, Experience& Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of Excel, SAP (finance and/or Sales module) , accounting and finance
Good communication skills
Detail-oriented, independent and analytical approach, team player
Able to identify opportunities and suitable solutions for process improvement
Bachelor?s degree in Economics and Finance preferred
