Role Purpose:
A person in this position should check if business occurred is reflected in the company?s accounting system, and also perform tasks including receipts and payments accounts/ asset accounts, accounts payable(AP), accounts receivable.
Major Responsibilities:

[A/R Management] Manage vendors, check credit, set & manage credit limit/collateral, manage bonds and other bond-related work. Follow the process to conduct his/her duties.
[Fixed Asset] Analyze investment plan set forward by company and decide whether it falls into either revenue expenditure or capital expenditure, based on which Fixed Asset Specialist should obtain asset, manage fluctuation(transferring, selling, disposal), depreciation, and property survey.
[AP Payment] Thoroughly understand the standard and process of payment. Manage the agreement required for payment, assess and verify the payment. .
[Manage receipt and payments operating expense] Establish a plan on how to reimburse operating expenses(i.e. expenditure for condolence and congratulation, international and domestic business trip, commuting, accounts payable, etc)to employee?s Firm Banking account and conducting the reimbursement plan on a daily basis.

Background, Experience& Qualifications: .
Minimum of 2 to 4 years? experience
Financial background
Good communication skills
Analytical
Experienced in excel
Common accounting principles (good knowledge)
Preferably experience from SAP (finance and/or Sales module)
Team spirit and independent worker
Able to identify opportunities for improvement and suitable solutions
Bachelor degree preferred
