Sales Coordinator Job Opening in Boston, Massachusetts - Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator serves as a liaison between the sales team, various departments, and current / future clients. The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support and will be involved mainly, in pre-sale functions. The goal is to facilitate the sales team?s activities as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a strong pivot point between Sales, Boarding, Underwriting, Tech/Deployment for partners & partner merchants
· Work closely with the Major Merchant, Professional Services, Partner Concierge, & Key accounts teams
Complete Partner Channel multi-location paperwork-acquiring & non-acquiring merchant applications
Fill out & submit needed documents and send to merchant to complete
Make minor changes to documents
Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time;
Create equipment sales order(s) & Netsuite cases as needed
Answer questions and assist when representatives require advanced technical or tier 2 customer support
Be available for conference calls with the merchant and Cayan team periodically
Notify management of increasing trends, unusual activity or repeated incorrect activity
Immediate post-approval follow up
Key Requirements:
Extremely organized with great communication skills both verbal and written
Must be willing/able to get on the phone and walk merchants through completion of paperwork when needed. Expected to be on the phones 1-2 hours per day.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and NetSuite
