Director of Clinical Account Management Job Opening in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Job Descriptions:
The Director, Clinical Management is responsible for the execution of superior clinical services for Enclara?s clients. He/She is responsible to develop, hire, train, manage, and evaluate Clinical Managers. The Director, Clinical Management is responsible for the team?s superior clinical service that results in high customer satisfaction. The Director, Clinical Management will make recommendations on future service offerings and process changes to keep up with market changes and evolving client needs. The Director, Clinical Management will strive to have an industry leading team in customer retention and satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, train, manage, and evaluate Clinical Managers.
Special emphasis on training Clinical Managers to evaluate and present clinical and utilization metrics, and drive accounts to alter prescribing patterns to meet their organizational goals. Ability to interact at a leadership level. Develop critical thinking skills of the Clinical Management team
Regular client leadership touches to ensure service satisfaction.
Monitor Clinical Managers metrics on performance and provide immediate feedback.
Ensure Clinical Managers are informed on process changes within the company.
Direct and monitor special client touches and communications as needed
Provide input on monthly updates for service reviews and updates for leadership client outreach.
Escalate client issues, yellow and red: evaluate issue, contact accounts, provide resolution, and involve Enclara leadership when needed.
Carry a reduced client load
Participate in clients meetings when needed, may include onsite sessions.
Maintain current knowledge and compliance with industry regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.

Required Experience:
Strong clinical skills with the ability to translate to clinical leadership

Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to train, lead, and manage; lead by example, set clear expectations.
Ability to evaluate and provide clear verbal and written direction to staff on performance improvement.
Ability to work under pressure and provide direction to the team to meet changing priorities, deadlines.
Strong commitment to client service, and team orientation.
High-energy with a sense of urgency, detail oriented and thorough.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent account management and customer relationship skills, with the ability to problem solve.
Ability to travel as needed for client visits and team evaluation. Travel is 60%.
PC Skills ? Microsoft Office and other software products.
Attend state and national hospice meetings upon request.
Professional with excellent interpersonal skills, excellent representation of Enclara Pharmacia.

Education and/or Experience:
Pharmacy, advanced nursing degree (APN), or nurse practitioner, (NP). Minimum of five years of work experience in sales/account management as a manager with direct reports, ideally healthcare related. Strong background in hospice and palliative care.

Computer Skills:
Highly proficient with Microsoft Offices (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word)
