HOURS: Part-time (20-30 hours per week) with additional hours for special events
PAY: $15/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record all income and expense transactions
Prepare budget in consultation with Executive Director
Reconcile all bank accounts including
Prepare and present all financial reports for Board of Directors
Prepare cost analysis of programs and events
Prepare all financial documents for annual audit/Consult with auditors
Prepare and file state and federal tax reports ()
Prepare and distribute annual W-2 and 1099 tax forms to employees and contractors
Process bills and payroll
Prepare invoices for sponsorships, fees and donations
Process, post and deposit all checks
Receive and process funds for all programs, donations and fundraising events
Prepare and report grant financial forms
Assist with grant research and grant writing
Monitor report deadlines and compliance requirements for all grants, and maintain grant files
Assist with and attend major DeltaARTS fundraising events, and attend evening and weekend events as needed (CYT performances, parent meetings, some rehearsals, etc.)
Other tasks as needed
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Experience in non-profits preferred, but not required
Must be adaptable and flexible with team spirit
Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks software
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, internet and general computer use
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Accounting/Finance)
