Full-Time Receptionist Job Opening in santa barbara, California - Full-Time Receptionist Pacifica Graduate Institute is a privately accredited graduate school located near the coastal community of Santa Barbara, CA. Pacifica offers masters and doctoral degrees in psychology, mythological studies, and humanities, and is currently seeking a Full-Time Receptionist for our Ladera Lane Campus. This full-time position will work from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, Monday through Friday. Will be responsible for answering phones; greeting guests; assisting staff with clerical duties; and assisting students when necessary. Requires experience with answering business phones in a busy environment and strong computer skills in MS Office. Candidates must be organized, detail-orientated, able to multi-task, with excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
