Controller Job Opening in santa barbara, California - Controller Controller Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics wants YOU if you have a strong background in non-profit accounting, preferably in health care. This is a hands-on job in a changing, fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and high energy. Knowledge of QuickBooks and complex billing systems is a must, working with third-party payer systems such as Medi-Cal, Medicare, and other government programs; experience with developing and implementing charts of accounts, participating in implementing electronic billing and accounting systems is a plus. You?ll also prepare financial statements, manage the budgeting process, and prepare for participate in government audits. You?ll be a member of the senior leadership team, so strategic thinking, business planning and team player skills should be in your toolkit.
