To see a complete list of our partnerships, please visit us at We have an immediate opening for an experienced full-time Staff Accountant at our corporate location in San Diego. The Staff Accountant will primarily be responsible for activities to support General Ledger, Partner Payment and Analysis, Sales Tax and Business Licensing functions. Additionally, this role will support the general needs of the business through participation on special projects as needed. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: General Ledger and Financial Reporting: � Assist with Month-end closing � Responsible for account reconciliations as directed Partner Payments and Accounts Receivable: � Assist with the maintenance of Partner contract files and the preparation, analysis, and processing of monthly Partner payments. � Assist with management of the accounts receivable related to Partners. Sales Tax and Business License: � Assist with processing of sales tax returns, sales tax research and business license compliance. � Maintains current knowledge of sales / use tax requirements. Inventory Analysis and Support: � Assists with analyzing and recording inventory-related activity.
