NO COLD CALLS. Our customers reach out to us, with over 95% referral-based leads opposed to internet or mailers. Our highly trained sales professionals close on average over 85% of their leads.
Compensation & Benefits
We pay on an easy-to-understand performance-based plan. We also include health benefits, including dental and vision.
Development
We require a 3-week minimum onboarding process to ensure your success; included but not limited to video and audio training, daily classroom and ride along ? all including testing to set you on a path to achieve your goals.
