Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper Job Opening in Allentown, Pennsylvania - PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT-
Our small office has a temporary part time job opening available. This position is to fill in for someone that is scheduled to go out on maternity leave at the end of June for twelve weeks. Training for this position would begin as soon as possible, in case our current employee goes out early.
Once the position is open, hours would be part time, roughly thirty hours per week. Specific schedule would be discussed at interview.
Applicant must be professional, diligent, detail oriented, organized and able to multi task. Responsibilities include:
-Providing support to CFO and accountant
-Copying
-Filing
-Answering phones and transferring calls
-Communicate professionally with personnel, customers and vendors
-Going through any mail and/or packages that come in
-Preparing outgoing mail
-Preparing Fed Ex packages
-Preparing deposit slips
-Printing items for other employees
-Using and formatting excel
-Emailing through Outlook
-Making travel arrangements for flights, hotels and rental cars
-Other office administrative duties
Basic knowledge of excel & word is a must. Some knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software is helpful.
