Accounting Associate Job Opening in Nashua, New hampshire - One of our valued clients is looking to add an Accounting to their team. The ideal candidate will work well within a team while being able to multi task effectively.
Responsibilities:
Payroll processing and administration
Payroll journal entries
Financial reporting
Maintain balance sheets
Credit card reconciliations
Preparing inter-company transactions
Bank reconciliations
Participate in month end closings
Prepare journal entries
401k and loan administration
Other assigned office duties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance
Must be proficient with Excel
At least two years of experience in accounting
Knowledgeable with GAAP
Experience with General Ledger accounting
Knowledge with journal entries and month end closings
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
