Position Summary:
To enhance census development and increase private pay referral base through professional relationships, ongoing education and community outreach opportunities. The vital role of the Community Relations Director is to increase community census. This position is responsible for monitoring all referral source satisfaction and outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
Direct sales experience with demonstrated results
Experience in retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry
Proven sales history in the healthcare industry
Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Must be self-motivated and goal-orientated
Computer literacy
