Title: Assistant Branch Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Days
The Assistant Branch Manager will collaborate under the supervision of the Branch Administrator to oversee the operation of the branch ensuring that branch procedures are performed in a compliant, effective and efficient manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
Demonstrate integrity, embedding our Mission in every interaction
Accountable for the supervision, development, mentoring and performance of branch administrative staff
Oversight of end to end office administration including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, authorizations, eligibility, personnel administration, payroll and medical records
Keeps staff informed of pertinent changes in operational policy and procedures.
Performs ongoing audits to ensure compliance adherence.
Ensures excellent ICARE customer service skills are practiced by all staff members.
Have working knowledge of Branch Administrator responsibilities:
Analyze and Identify trends and patterns in Client Experience and Clinical Outcomes reporting
Growth and Marketing/Marketing Plan
Recruitment and retention
Branch budget and progress to plan
Drive branch efficiencies
Build external relationships
Foster teamwork and collaboration
Champion an enterprise point of view
Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations governing home health care services through policy
Reports to the Branch Manager
Specific Requirements:
Baccalaureate or Associates degree preferred
Training and experience in health service administration desired
Supervisory experience in home health care or related health programs preferred
The ability to set priorities and have independent judgment in a high-volume environment
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Analytical and critical thinking skills
