We are currently seeking a caring and dynamic Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator, who is looking for an opportunity to have a direct, positive impact the lives of our patients and direct care staff on a daily basis, to join our team.
Responsible for the overall operation of a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. Including day to day operation in accordance with local State and Federal regulations, budget management, census development, Community relations, quality assurance and other related duties.

Must be a Licensed Administrator, in good standing, in the state of VA. Have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a budget.
Job Responsibilities include:
Planning day-to-day operations in accordance with local, state and federal requirements
Lead the management team in support of the mission and values of the company
Maintain a high level of satisfaction with patients, residents, families and staff
Direct oversight of all departments including staff orientation and training programs
Compliance with Policies and Procedures
Implement and maintain quality assurance programs
Improve efficiency in the delivery of healthcare services
Coordination with third-party vendors
Manage facility budget
Represent the facility in the community, industry and Executive Committee
Education:
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ? 3 to 5 years preferred
Bachelor?s Degree
