Description : Silk Therapeutics, a rapidly growing start up, is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The team is committed to developing widespread healthcare solutions through innovative ?clean? product designs, powered by our favorite biomaterial; silk. We are seeking a talented and driven individual to handle finished product, order fulfillment, and track inventory levels in accordance with company procedures. This individual will work as part of a team to coordinate shipments for professional accounts and customer engagement.
Specific examples of work :
Use order fulfillment software to box and ship orders placed on company website, as well as from professional orders
Pack and ship product donations
Organize inventory and track inventory levels
Assist with monthly inventory reconciliation
Visually inspect product packaging and shipping materials for damage prior to shipping
Restock shipping supplies as needed
Communicate with team members to coordinate custom shipments for marketing and research purposes
Other special projects as needed
Preferred Skills
Excellent organization and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
