Client Care Team Member Job Opening in Westwood, Massachusetts - The Client Care Team Members support our clients and internal team members in many areas of employee benefits insurance and property and casualty insurance, such as acting as a liaison between healthcare and property and casualty insurance carriers, vendors and our clients to facilitate benefit renewals, provide customer service and troubleshoot issues as needed. He/She will be accountable for providing seamless administrative support to ensuring prompt, high quality client service. Our ideal candidate is someone who has related customer service experience working with clients to support employee benefits working with a TPA, Property & Casualty insurance experience, or working for an insurance carrier in the health and welfare or property and casualty industry.
The main job duties associated with this position are:
Requests client renewal quotations from insurance carriers via e-mail.
Prepares new business and client proposals as determined by sales team and management.
Coordinates the receipt of client insurance rates.
Provides exemplary and responsive service to team members, clients and their employees.
Works with carriers and vendors to resolve issues and questions on behalf of clients.
Reports client or vendor issues to management to define resolution strategy.
Prepares open enrollment, new hire and marketing packages via photocopying and collating of materials.
Coordinates enrollment for client employees via the web and email with insurance carriers and vendors.
Maintains daily record of account activity in CRM.
Coordinates and or builds client benefit websites.
May perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Salary: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
