Executive management team looking for a full-time program director for Liberty Adult Day Health, an established, multicultural adult day health center (ADHC) with about 40 clients daily, located in Hopkinton, MA. Liberty Adult Day Health provides valuable relief for caregivers of elderly and disabled adults by allowing caregivers to continue to work, while ensuring that their loved ones are taken care of during the day in a safe, engaging environment. We have a passion for providing our clients with the best experience possible, a place to socialize, participate in activities, receive medical attention and enjoy healthy meals and snacks. The Program Director monitors the effectiveness of Department programs through quality assurance procedures and develops new program concept. The Program Director is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and staff to ensure a positive client experience.
Job Duties
Supervising all aspects of ADH program
Managing Personnel
Overseeing ADH safety and emergency evacuation plans
Developing and implementing ADH Marketing Plan
Managing Fiscal Administration
Establishing collaborative relationship with elder care-related community services
Managing quality assessment and performance improvement programs
Overseeing that all State and Federal required records and reports are complete, accurate and current
Ensuring that the ADH program is administered to attain and maintain the highest quality of service for each participant
Maintain daily census levels necessary to balance monthly annual expenditures
Management and Evaluation of the program and staff
Skills and Experience
At least two years of healthcare management experience, preferably with elderly or disabled adults (volunteer experience will be considered).
Extremely organized and self-motivated individual.
Ability to motivate staff and focus on both big-picture goals along with the details of day-to-day operations.
People-person with ability to build relationships with community service programs *
Experience with marketing and accounting.
Familiarity with appropriate medical records and reports.
At least 3-5 years of Sales and Managerial Experience
Bachelor?s Degree in a related field a plus
Healthcare certification a plus
