We are looking for a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator / Mechanic that meets the following requirements: ?Ability to work with little or no supervision and either alone or with other team members ?Work safely while being aware of potential hazards ?Capable of efficient and safe operation of heavy equipment. ?Performs tasks related to the wood heating system including grinding wood, filling fuel bins, unloading wood from semi-trailers and cleaning boiler grates. ?Maintain outside premises; mowing the grass, shoveling/plowing the snow, etc. Monitor grounds and report trespassing. ?Maintain a safe and clean job site. ?Ability to lift up to 50 lbs ?Able to follow directions Full time employees become eligible for benefits the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
