Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Claremont, New hampshire - Early CPA, a local accounting & tax firm in Claremont, NH, seeks an Administrative Assistant. This Part-Time position includes direct interaction with clients and accounting professionals and requires Full-Time hours January to April.
Duties :
Telephone, email and in-person contact with clients and others
Organize and scan client documents
Process completed tax returns and financial statements
Experience/Skills :
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with ability to handle confidential situations and information
Ability to perform under time deadlines with exceptional accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office required
Previous experience in a professional office setting including dress, demeanor and interaction with others
Pay commensurate with education and experience. All applicants will be treated confidentially.
