Sales Support Associate Job Opening in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts - Entry level Sales Support - Parsons Audio is looking for an energetic individual that has a background in the Audio/Recording field. As a Sales Support Associate you will assist our sales team with customer support, office administration, as well as pre and post-sale follow up.
General Duties and Responsibilities
Field incoming telephone calls
Greet walk-in clients
Update and maintain inventory data base
Maintain equipment loaner forms and follow up with clients as needed
Assist clients with inquiries and issues (over the phone or in person)
Shipping and receiving of all products
Scheduling client/vendor visits as needed
Create estimates, sales orders, and purchase orders
Track status of incoming and outgoing orders
Keep current and knowledgeable about new audio products and services
Configure and organize demo room
Attend Parsons Audio events, assisting with set-up and tear-down
Requirements
Proficiency on both Mac and PC based systems
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong communications skills, over the phone, in person, and via email
Ability to multi-task and manage time accordingly
Knowledge of recording industry/equipment
Knowledge of Pro Tools
Knowledge of Google Drive and/or Quickbooks ? A Plus! (Not Required)
