Office Assistant/Sales Assistant Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - Assist the owner/designer of a clothing business based in Honolulu.
Responsible for ALL aspects of small business operations.
MUST HAVE work experience in Quikbooks(Invoice, Inventory Item receipt, Sales orders, Purchase orders, etc.), Excel, Photoshop, customer communication/sales, product shipping/receiving, as well as Inventory Control.
Website editing, and Social Media experience a definite asset.
The ideal candidate is mature, professional, and integral with a proactive orientation. A person who achieves consistently efficient allocation of time, as well as accurate data entry and thorough task completion.
This is a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to multi-task and, at times, work proficiently under pressure. Hours are flexible, ranging from 30+ hours per week, requiring occasional evening/weekend hours contingent upon owner?s travel schedule/arrival of imports.
Please submit work history with documented acquired skillsets.
There is an initial 30 day training/probation period; followed by a minimum 1 year commitment, with intent for long-term employment. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY IN THIS FUN FASHION ORIENTED POSITION.
