Lead Sales Stylist Job Opening in Portsmouth, New hampshire - Launched in 2007, LIT is a specialty boutique that offers an unparalleled shopping experience tailored to meet our customers' needs. Along with our eCommerce site, we operate four stores in two states with more on the way! Currently, LIT Boutique is seeking one experienced individual to join our team as Part-Time Lead Sales Stylist at our Portsmouth, NH location. We're searching for an individual who has a strong focus on client services, product knowledge, and visual presentation. If you are outgoing, enthusiastic, and retail-savvy with a drive to continually learn and develop yourself, then this could be a great job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver amazing service by styling and wardrobing each customer based on their specific needs
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
Strive to meet or exceed established store and individual sales goals
Assist in maintaining store appearance in accordance with LIT's visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to work evenings and weekends with flexible hours (weekends required)
Ability to lead and motivate others
Posses strong selling skills
Ability to communicate product knowledge on most brands within the store and able to share details of items
Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and able to exceed their expectations
Able to meet sales goals
Exceptional communication skills
At least 1 year of previous selling or retail experience is required
Must be able to work 15-25 hours per week
