JOB TITLE: Retail Clerk in our Concord Location
SHIFT: Variable Shift- Some Mornings. Afternoons, Evenings, and weekends- Required .
REPORTS TO: General Manager in Concord
SUMMARY: Our ideal candidate has awesome customer service and phone skills; works well under holiday pressure; is familiar with computers/POS systems; able to lift 35+ lbs. of product/boxes; takes initiative; and loves chocolate and ice cream!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Opens and closes store to company specifications, as neededBuilding custom boxes of chocolates for customers out of the showcaseProduct awareness to answer questions in a knowledgeable fashion,in the store and on the phoneUsing the POS Cash register for sales and other related tasksAnswering the phone -- answering questions, taking ordersUsing digital scalesScooping ice cleaning and stockingOther tasks as needed for daily store operations
