Remodeling Designer/Sales Associate Job Opening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling is looking for a professional, highly organized & self-motivated Remodeling Designer / Sales Associate to join our Remodeling Team. This position is responsible for creating sales leads through networking or marketing. Follow up on assigned leads, build client relationships, assess client needs, create comprehensive design plans to help clients visualize, sell the job, and assist clients in home selections while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate for this position will have 5 yrs. proven experience in Residential & Commercial Remodeling Sales.
Major Responsibilities:
Market PDR brand
Create and sell floor plan conceptual designs
Client meetings
Concept presentations
Floor plans, color and material schemes
Involved in applicable organizations, networking groups, committees, boards, etc.
Be knowledgeable on building products, new products, building technologies, etc.
Prepare project scope and estimate within a very timely manner
Prepare scope of work thru remodeling template and communicate to customer
Secure applicable contract(s) and other paperwork.
Create change orders, when applicable
Coordinate proper invoicing for contracted work and collect payments
Create budgets for production
Maintain company customer service and budgeting goals.
Necessary Qualifications:
Strong creative ability to visualize spaces and create functional option for the client
Excellent client interfacing skills; strong listening and negotiation abilities
Construction, estimating, and sales background
Able to prioritize and concurrently work on multiple projects and maintain deadlines
Able to organize and effectively communicate both in written and verbal formats
Valid driver?s license and reliable vehicle
Proficient in Chief Architect or CAD, Microsoft Suite applications, etc.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree in related field; or
5 -10 years experience in Residential & Commercial Remodeling Sales
NARI / MBA Certifications, a plus
