Territory Manager Medical Device (Sales & Service)
Due to our rapid growth, we are currently in need of a Territory Manager in the Milwaukee, WI and surrounding area. Our managers are focused on the front-line customer while maintaining and improving customer service and rapport. The Territory Manager will sell/service medical device equipment for surgery centers and hospital operating rooms. He or she will be responsible for existing service & sales throughout territory.
This territory has previously been called upon and with good representation will sustain excellent service & sales numbers with opportunity for tremendous growth. Service will include preventive maintenance, optical and electrical repairs, software repairs (knowledge with computers a must,) and part replacement. Relationship development with biomedical engineering and operating room staff is critical and necessary to increase service volume. Relationship development with facilities will be key for increasing service & sales volume. Servicing and selling of equipment will require time spent in surgery supervising the use of the equipment and ensuring physician satisfaction.
Base pay will be included with uncapped commission structure.

Our Territory Managers:
1. Completes installations, upgrades, sales, repairs and disconnects by reviewing work orders, gathering equipment, supplies and tools and coordinating schedules with customers by pre-calling customers to verify appointments.
2. Plans repairs by evaluating location and planning travel for fast response time.
3. Establishes programming and calibrating equipment while adhering to codes, regulations and standards.
4. Makes recommendations on equipment, up-sells to full service contracts for complete protection, processes work order modifications and manages schedule impact.
5. Verifies systems for correct functionality and optimal performance by testing equipment, connections, and any issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline OR graduation from an technical school is highly desirable
Valid driver?s license, clean driving record and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
