Bob Rohrman?s Kenosha Nissan is looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to lead our team of Used Car Sales Consultants. We have a great inventory of used cars, trucks, vans & SUVs. Are you a strong closer? Do people come to you for results? Can you make sure the customer is satisfied? Can handle Internet customers? We need you!
Responsibilities
Create and organize all sales activities for the Used Car Sales division
Must have working knowledge of auctions
Work with service department to keep all pre-owned inventory marketable
Work with advertising vendors to market cars
Work with and supervise Used Car Sales Associates to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met
Partner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach
Assist Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed
Requirements
Proven sales experience in the automotive industry
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Great Work Ethic
Must have good closing skills
Superior communication and customer service skills
We are a drug-free environment
Valid drivers license required
