The ideal candidate must be willing to take TO?s, motivate your team, and help close any deal while keeping work light and fun.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize all sales activities
Work with and supervise Sales Consultants to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met
Work with the Financial Services department to coordinate best deal structure for most efficient and effective result.
Assist as well as train Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed.
Must have prior car dealership experience.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the automotive industry
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Great Work Ethic
Must have good closing skills
Superior communication and customer service skills

Valid drivers license required
