Senior VP of Sales Role
The SVP of Sales position is responsible for stabling the sales targets to meet the company objectives. This position will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans bases on company goals that will promote growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Aligns the sales organization?s objective with firm business strategy through active participate in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, sales resource planning and budgeting.
Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles and sales resource deployment.
Leads learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization.- Provides leadership to the sales organization?s management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
Leads sales organization change initiatives by continuously assessing the need for organizational change, championing change initiatives, and removing obstacles impeding constructive organizational change.
Education and/or Experience
Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or six to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Management and Annuity experience is required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Annuity department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
