We have a tremendous opportunity for a Residential Add-On and Replacement HVAC Sales Representative who has at least 3 years of previous in-home sales experience. Knowledge of HVAC is helpful but not mandatory - we will train you, but prior In-Home Sales experience is a must!
You must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to fit our customer's needs.
There is no cold calling. Appointments are set for you by our Sales Coordinators
As a member of our team, you will follow-up on preset qualified leads in a 1 visit closing cycle with an average closing rate of 40 - 60%.
We are seeking well organized self-starters with excellent written and verbal communications skills. A keen attention to detail and computer literacy is a must. We will augment your knowledge with sales and product related training, giving you all of the tools necessary to assist homeowners by coaching them to make informed buying decisions.
