We are currently searching for a Chief Executive Officer to lead the orthopedic group and its ancillaries.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
GENERAL:
The chief executive officer is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the board of directors and the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
Courteously greet patients, visitors and other clients, determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate person, office, or treatment area.
Maintain an environment to promote efficiency throughout the administration and processing of patients within the work area.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for developing and implementing the clinic's mission and strategic plan.
2. Develops and updates organizational design for maximum productivity and control of quality and costs.
3. Ensures the financial viability of the clinic by maintaining systems to control finances and staffing.
4. Ensures clinic compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies.
5. Continually monitors daily operations, programs, physical properties, and initiates appropriate changes if necessary.
6. Represents the clinic in its relationships with other health organizations, government agencies, and third- party payers.
7. Serves as liaison and main channel of communication between the board and its committee, the medical and administrative staff.
8. Establishes credibility throughout the organization and with the board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
9. Provides leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are successfully implemented.
10. Spearheads the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
11. Collaborates with the executive management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company.
12. Motivates and leads a high-performance management team; attracts, recruits and retains required members of the executive team not currently in place; provides mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
13. Assists, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the company to meet sales, growth and market share objectives.
14. Represents the firm with clients, investors and business partners.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages subordinate supervisor(s) who supervise employee(s) and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these units. The CEO also directly supervises non-supervisory employees. This position?s responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Continuing Education
Attend required annual in-service programs.
Maintain required for the position
Initiate and maintain membership to any necessary organizations to benefit TOCA.
Adhere to System and Departmental Policies
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures and ability to reference them from appropriate books and manuals.
Comply with the System's infection control policies and procedures including Body Substance Isolation (BSI) and the Exposure Control Plan, which reflects OSHA Blood-borne Pathogens Standard to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.
Ensure that TOCA is operated in an efficient and cost effective manner by adhering to TOCA and departmental attendance policies.
Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions
Must possess the ability to speak, write, see and hear to perform the essentials of the job
Must possess proficient computer and keyboard skills
Must be able to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of sitting
Will possible be exposed to viruses, diseases, infectious patients, and other foreign specimen while in the working environment
Will be required to travel between locations and be responsible for own transportation
