Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Works closely with department heads, client services and other operations personnel on a variety of tasks. Build strong working relationships to enable process improvement.
Ensure production and capacity planning plans are accurate and align to the company?s financial goals.
Assists in tracking, verifying, and consolidating production metrics, including throughput, timing, and quality.
Mentors analysts to be successful in their job responsibilities and enable them to understand and improve capacity and production planning processes.
Assists operations personnel with project justifications for process improvements, resource needs and other initiatives.
Assists with providing productivity information to executive leadership on an as needed basis.
Works on assisting process improvements, automation of reporting and consolidation of data from operations.
Develops tools to assist with reporting and efficiency of operations.
Responds to inquiries and provide analyses on various aspects of operational performance.
Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, or similar field.
BS degree in accounting, finance, operations, or similar field of study. MBA or Maters degree preferred.
Financial Planning & Analysis skill sets (forecasting, modeling, ad-hoc analysis, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience with SQL and VBA a plus.
Strong analytical skills. Experience with analysis and BI tools a plus.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clearly set expectations for internal clients.
