As leaders in commercial brokerage, we are continuing to build our Investment Sales team across multiple product types: Multifamily, Retail, Office, Industrial, Hospitality, etc.
About the Position: We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial sales professional to join our real estate investment sales team. This is a 100% commission sales position with many of our team earning in excess of $200k and top performers earning significantly more. We offer significant earning potential to candidates who are entrepreneurial, motivated, eager and ready to learn. Your will receive an unparalleled training and mentorship program, where you will gain immediate exposure in investment sales, capital markets, property level underwriting and due diligence. Our mentorship program enables new agents to learn from the best in the business in personal, one-on-one relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop a client base by canvassing and conducting meetings
Source investment properties
Structure and negotiate real estate transactions
Collaborate with senior brokers to cultivate market expertise
Take part in property underwriting and due diligence
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent is preferred
Demonstrated abilities in sales, marketing and networking
History in sports or team-oriented activities
Previous experience in real estate sales is not a prerequisite but is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft office
Independent contractor, commission based.
