This position requires the following:
*Recent experience in Business Development/ Marketing Director in a Healthcare setting
*Must be familiar with local referral sources and an established book of business would be
a great resource
*Should be able to travel throughout the Chicago land area and meet with potential referral sources including but not limited to: Hospitals, Discharge planners, Social workers, Physicians, senior centers, Churches, etc.
*Must be able to develop realistic and achievable census goals on an on-going basis
*Should be able to work in collaboration with the facility Management team to assure a smooth
transition of any incoming residents from the referring agency to the facility
*Must have excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
*Solid work history with a reputation of excellence within the community
