All bookkeeping functions for equipment distributor, including deposits, payables and receivables, monthly financial statements, preparation of books for annual audit, bank and account reconciliations, sales tax preparation, parts inventory and shipment, etc. Position also includes basic administrative functions.
Candidate must have extensive experience with QuickBooks Accounting Software. Inventory and importing experience a plus. Microsoft Office required.
