Accounting/HR Specialist Job Opening in Orlando, Florida - Cardiovascular Surgeons, PA is seeking an Accounting/HR Specialist to join our team.
Job Duties:
Payroll. Performs all payroll functions. (i.e., allocation of expenses to appropriate cost centers and GLAC, managing 401(k) contributions, etc.)
Time-Off Requests. Manages requests and PTO balances.
Vendors. Manages vendor relations (i.e. W-9?s, Business Associate Agreements, etc.)
A/P?s. Reviews and pays invoices, allocates expense to appropriate cost centers and GLAC, file payment/invoices, credit card payments, etc.
A/R?s. Submits and manages monthly invoices.
Annual Tax Preparation. Prepares and assembles all documents, including 1099's, for submission to corporate accountant for income tax preparation and filing.
Human Resources. Manage employee benefits, workers compensation program and reporting, update employee benefit selections as required, annual auditing.
Administrative duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work proactively and independently
Ability to work as a team member
Strong personnel and communication skills
Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills)
At least three years experience in accounting.
