Inside Sales Representative/Account Executive Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - If you are highly detail oriented, love using your knowledge and interpersonal skills to solve customer problems, and like to sell a product you believe in to an existing customer base and active and interested prospects, this may be your ideal job. AlphaGraphics is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is enthusiastic, organized, and possesses excellent customer service skills. Our ideal candidate will be able to provide a high level of service, and will build and maintain ongoing relationships with business customers.
PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES
- Work within customer database system to monitor opportunities and activities
- Respond to inbound phone calls and e-mails, qualify prospects and opportunities, provide pricing proposals and follow up to secure print projects
- Manage customer print and graphics projects from inception/proposal to delivery and billing
- Maintain regular communication with a high volume of corporate accounts to ensure top-of-mind and generate sales opportunities
- Limited outbound phone calls to support marketing campaigns
- Research industry websites, newsletters and more to track competitive landscape
- Assist with special projects as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- industry experience highly desired
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Great communication skills (oral and written)
- Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to follow instructions and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Cooperative interpersonal skills
- Maintain high level of discipline
- Adept at learning/mastering new computer programs and technologies
- Proficient in MS Office/G Suite programs
