Indoor Gun Range Sales Associate Job Opening in Belleville, Michigan - T-Rex Arms is a family run Gun Range located in Belleville MI.
We operate a 50 yard Indoor Range, Sales Showroom and Training Facilities in the heart of town.
We are looking for candidates to fill full time positions with immediate openings.
Successful applicants will be responsible for the following:
Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
Maintaining awareness and driving all promotions and advertisements
Executing daily operational tasks and priorities
Firearms, Ammunition and Accessories sales
Taking payments and operation of the register
Maintaining inventory and stock replenishment
Ensuring the safety of range users, including educating and enforcing strict guidelines and range SOP's.
General Maintenance of the store and range
Minimum requirements:
Applicants must be 21 years or older and hold a valid CPL
Must have sales experience
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Must have a practical knowledge of firearms and firearms safety
Must be a team player
Must be IT literate and have experience in point of sales software
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
We are looking for candidates who already hold a passion for firearms, who can drive sales and promote a friendly, warm and inviting atmosphere to all. Candidates will be expected to thrive in a dynamic and often stressful environment whilst still being able to adhere to strict MOISHA, ATF and SOP guidelines. You will be expected to handle situations involving live firearms. As such, we operate a strict no drugs policy.
