Sales and Customer Service in a Faith Based Environment Job Opening in Canton, Michigan - Equip Ministry Resources, a faith based company in Canton, MI, is adding another full-time Project Shepherd to our team and we?re looking for someone ready to use their skills and talents to help churches achieve their mission.
We are a family owned company specializing in the niche market of designing and producing printed material for small/medium sized evangelical Christian churches. We work with churches across the country providing printed material ranging from business cards, ink pens, t-shirts and postcards to banners and canvas prints. Job Description: Project Shepherds guide potential and existing customers through the process of choosing a product, customizing the design, cross selling and up selling additional products where appropriate and approving and paying for the finished project.
A passion for Christianity and outreach will be very helpful when working in this position, as you will guide and encourage churches on how to better develop their first impressions, guest and outreach ministries.

Required qualifications:
5+ years of Customer Service and sales experience
Bachelors degree in business, communications, ministry, theology or equivalent
working or volunteering in or with evangelical churches.
