Assisting the General Manager in daily basic duties include but not limited, accounting; data entry; posting deposits; placing orders; receiving orders; invoicing; job costing; customer follow-up upon order completion; filing; ordering office supplies; backing-up incoming calls, processing of vendor
invoices.
Reconciliations of bank statements, enter data in our software and maintain client files.
audit sale agent payments inputs in our software.
deal with daily mail, outbound,inbound.
To have initiative, look for problem solutions,multi task.
answer and make phone calls
: Office experience; accounting background; computer skills; organized; detail orientated; good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish ; dependable; basic accounting; Outlook; Microsoft Office; Excel; must be able to multi-task
